My last meal

Ok so in approximately two hours I will be leaving to attend my first lighter life class.

The meal I have chosen for my last meal is ........................... Steak Diane and Jacket Potato, actually it was supposed to be Steak last night and Stir Fry Tonight but saw my dieting buddy last night just before she went to the chippy. As it was quite late decided to joing her and hubby and I shared a portion of chips and a Doner Kebab.

This was followed by Chocolate pudding and Tesco Finest Custard, for desert tonight I have Bannoffee Pie.

I know does not sound like the person who wants to start yet another diet but I can't tell you how excited I am. Since signing up about three weeks ago its all I have thought about.

Will try and come back a bit later and tell you how the meeting went.

Ok so went to the meeting, got my little bag with packs in, swapped the peanut bar and mushroom soups as I know I won't like them. There were six of us starting tonight with two more next week and possibly another the week after.

One of the ladies had done the diet before lost a load of weight and put it all back on plus more, this is what makes me very nervous, she however did not do Route to Management which from what I have read is very importants.

So have had my Steak and boy was it good, had my bannoffee pie and am all good to go in the morning.

Yeah! You've made the first step! Now it's all about staying focused - my first day was tough, but it DOES get easier!! I have just updated my Day Two because I've had some amazing weightloss ALREADY! You'll see - this is phenomenal! :oD Glad to find you on here too... starting within only a couple of days of each other! GOOD LUCK!!!

PS And don't worry about the lady who piled the weight back on... this happened to one lady in my group as well, and said about route to management - she also said she has three friends that have done it WITH rtm, and they have all kept it to within half a stone of their weight for years!
